The difference in the Portland Restaurant Guide and my Portland Restaurants page is the experience itself. With the dining page, I am sharing the restaurants I enjoy with you. With this section, I'm taking your place for the first meal.
There are so many scrumptious and wonderful places to eat in Portland, Oregon and I want to experience as many as I can. Better yet, I want to bring that dining experience to you, so I'm going in, guns blazing. ;) I gone to and eaten at all restaurants in Portland Oregon listed on this page. I will share my time with you, from the service, to the atmosphere, to the good food (or lack of). I won't pull any punches because I want you to consider these establishments prior to making a decision. It's my way of helping out both you and these fine businesses.  Now, keep in mind that I'm not a professional restaurant reviewer and I don't have a golden palette. I don't want to be, to tell you the truth. I'm a customer just like you. Far too often I read reviews of restaurants, movies, etc from these so-called experts and chances are usually good that I'll end up disagreeing with them. After all, what are they really but someone with their own opinion....and you will have your own just as I always do. Haha. What I do have is a love of food and a good time. That is exactly what I want to share with you here. The Portland Restaurant Guide covers eateries throughout the city, but I may also branch off into the city of Vancouver, WA and maybe an occasional stop at the Oregon coast. I also want you as a consumer yourself to feel free to review these same places. Below each restaurant review, you will find a form that you can submit your own reviews and/or comment on someone else's review. I want this whole thing to be informational, interactive, and fun. Use the forms and share your thoughts with others. So, let's get started on our culinary journey!
