| If you love meat, you're going to love Brazil Grill in Portland! Serving tradition Brazilian cuisine called, "Churrasco," (Brazilian steakhouse, in this case), the all-you-can-eat menu is awesome! Located on SW 12th in the heart of downtown Portland, you'll love the motif when you go inside. It's very modern and colorful with a lot going on around you to look at. The place is always crowded with hungry customers, which is a good thing. Being as this is one of my favorite places to eat in the Portland area, I certainly don't want it going anywhere. Here's a word to the wise: eat small the day you go. Make sure you leave a lot of room, because you're really going to need it. Also, pace yourself, so you get your money's worth. It's spendy, but worth it. This would be a great place to bring a football team! hehe. When you get to Brazil Grill in downtown Portland. you can park behind the restaurant, so you don't have to worry about paying to park. As far as finding a place to park, that may be a different story! hehe. This place is very popular. Start off with the salad bar. It's not your typical salad bar fare, but some very unique things to munch on. If  you're a vegan, there more than enough here to keep you very satisfied. Order from their large wine list or a drink from the bar and just hunker down with some nice conversation. Let me tell you why.... Because, once you flip the puck over that you're given, from red to green, all bets are off! The large skewers of meats starts coming and do not stop! By that time, you're so busy chewing, you won't have time to talk! Feel free to flip the puck back over to red to take time for a breather. ;) Don't worry about not knowing how it all works. You server is more than happy to explain it all to you. One thing that makes it fun is how excited all the staff seem to be about what they're doing. The gauchos are very attentive and will keep the meats flowing. Chicken, lamb, sausage, spare ribs, flank steak, sirloin....there doesn't seem to be an end to it! Speaking of the meats, the way they cook it all leaves it juicy and tender (I'm beginning to salivate as I write this. Where are my car keys!). Another word to the wise: you absolutely have to have the pineapple. I love it and have never heard a bad or mediocre word about it!
